Strassmayr AC E thermocontainer technology is designed to transport all types of hot asphalt mixtures and maintain them at the ideal temperature. The devices can be mounted on the platform or directly on the truck chassis. All the functions of the machine are powered by the diesel engine itself or the PTO connection. Additional industrial remote control allows remote control of all hydraulic functions of the unit. The option to install an additional vibrating plate lifter makes Strassmayr thermal containers versatile devices in all circumstances.

CRACK SEALING TECHNIQUE

Crack sealing machines are designed for easy preparation and dosing of special sealing compounds for cracks, joints or road edges. There are two types of mounting, trailer-mounted with all the necessary truck connections and frame-mounted, which allows easy installation on any truck or trailer platform. The walls of the main container are filled with thermal oil, which allows working with sealing materials heated up to 180˚C. The main advantages of Strassmayr slot sealing machines are the horizontal mixer and the heated grate located on the top of the boiler. This ensures a continuous supply of sealing compounds to the applicator tip without the risk of blocking the mixer by adding new blocks of material.

MILLING TECHNIQUE FOR CRACKS

The Strassmayr S FF milling machines are used to prepare expansion joints or clean the cracks before applying special sealing compounds. Hydraulic drive of these compact and robust units allows easy and comfortable work. The steering wheel is directly connected with the cutting tool, which allows smooth cutting regardless of the complexity of the course. Foldable protection of the operator and seat belts secure the safety of the operator.
